About Us:

We are two high school students passionate about teaching life-saving skills through our nonprofit educational organization. With our experience as lifeguards and instructors, we aim to increase CPR awareness and empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies—whether they’re alone or in a group. Our classes are completely free, with no sponsorships, because we believe everyone should have access to this vital training.

What We've done:

We had the opportunity to collaborate with cities like Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo in Orange County during their various festivals and city-run events. At these events, we set up booths where we shared essential first aid information and provided hands-on demonstrations, teaching attendees how to perform CPR and respond to choking emergencies for both infants and adults. This collaboration was a significant achievement for our organization, allowing us to raise awareness about our mission and connect with the community, furthering our passion for educating others on life-saving skills.

CPR & First Aid Fun Facts

1) When performed immediately after cardiac arrest, CPR can significantly increase the chances of survival by helping maintain blood flow to vital organs like the brain and heart until professional help arrives.

2) The key steps in first aid—Airway, Breathing, and Circulation—are essential for assessing a person's condition before administering further care. Remembering this simple acronym can help you stay focused in emergencies.

3) In many cases, hands-only CPR (chest compressions without rescue breaths) is just as effective for adults experiencing cardiac arrest. This can make it easier for bystanders to act quickly, even if they're not trained in giving breaths.

4) The technique for performing CPR on infants involves using two fingers for chest compressions and delivering gentle, controlled breaths. It's important to adjust the method based on the size and age of the person you're helping.
